    Ingredients

    • 2x Portobello Mushrooms
    • 50g Eatlean Protein Cheese
    • x4 Slices of Salami
    • x6 Cherry Tomatoes
    • Frylight
    • Basil

    Method

    Wash and carefully dry each of your portobello mushrooms, ensuring that the stem is removed.

    Spray your mushrooms with frylight, both sides.

    Add a layer of passata to the mushrooms, followed by a good handful of cheese and then finally add your toppings of choice.

    Pop into the oven at 200 degrees and bake for 15 -20 minutes, then serve immediately.
