    Ingredients

    • 1x Pack of Eatlean Snack Bars (7)
    • 1x Large Egg
    • 3x TBSP Breadcrumbs
    • Flour for dusting

    Method

    Take a pack of seven Eatlean Snack Bars and lightly dust each bar in flour

    Then transfer the sticks to a bowl of whisked egg, and coat fully in the egg.

    Finally add to a bowl of breadcrumbs, with added pepper and seasoning, and coat fully once again.

    Transfer the sticks to a baking sheet and pop into the oven at 180 for 15 minutes until golden.
