In this recipe we've chosen to use our Tasty Protein Cheese as it contains just the right amount of fat to bake these to perfection, however you can also follow the recipe using our Grated Protein Cheese for an even lower fat snack.

    • 100g Tasty Protein Cheese
    • 25g Smoked Shaker Protein Cheese
    • 1 TSP Paprika
    • 1 TSP Mixed Herbs



    In a bowl combine your grated Tasty Protein Cheese, Smoked Shaker Protein Cheese, paprika & mixed herbs.


    Mix the ingredients together well, and then take a baking tray and line with baking parchment.


    Take a dessert spoon to measure out, and drop onto the baking sheet in rounds, leaving enough room between each of the crisps.


    Bake in the oven at 200 degrees until golden and bubbly, and then allow to cool fully before eating.


    Enjoy as crisps with dips, or as an alternative to a crackers or crispbreads.
