Wholemeal flour - We chose to opt for wholemeal flour over refined white flour for this recipe, as a more nutritionally dense ingredient. Wholemeal packs a higher fibre content, more vitamins and boasts a lower GI than white flour making these a healthier option.

    • 100g Wholemeal Flour
    • 100g Tasty Protein Cheese
    • 1x Egg
    • 100g Light Margarine
    • 1tsp Mustard Powder
    • Pinch of Cayenne Pepper



    In a bowl add the flour, cheese, margarine, egg, mustard powder and cayenne pepper


    Mix the ingredients together well and then bring together with your hands on a board


    Roll out the dough to a thin even layer, about 0.5cm – 1cm thick


    Cut your biscuit shapes out, then prick each with a fork and pop onto a baking sheet


    Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes until golden.
