    • 60g Cheese & Chive Spreader
    • 1x Chicken Breast
    • 1x Cup of Spinach, wilted
    • 2x Low Fat Bacon Slices



    Take the chicken breast and slice horizontally through the middle to create a pocket


    Add the Cheese & Chive Spreader to the pocket, along with the wilted spinach


    Season the chicken breast and then wrap with the two slices of bacon


    Pop on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 mins at 180 until cooked through
