    Ingredients

    • 60g Cheese & Chive Spreader
    • 1x Sweet potato
    • 1x Low fat bacon slice
    • 1/2 Onion
    • Chives

    Method

    Prick the sweet potato and pop into the oven until baked through

    Fry up the bacon until browned and cook the onions through until caramelised

    Top the potato with the Cheese & Chive spread, the bacon and the onions, then finish with a sprinkle of chives
