    Ingredients

    • Pot of Chicken Spreader 120g
    • 8x Chestnut mushrooms
    • 2x Low fat bacon medallions
    • Freshly chopped parsley

    Method

    Take the chestnut mushrooms and gently remove the stalks

    Fill each of the mushrooms with the Chicken Spreader

    Top with the finely chopped, part cooked bacon bits

    Pop into the oven at 180 and bake for 20 mins

    Finish with freshly chopped parsley
