    • 200g Turkey Mince (low fat 2%)
    • 1/2 Red Onion
    • 1 Egg
    • 50g Spinach
    • 50g Smoked Protein Cheese
    • 1tsp Paprika



    Break the turkey mince to a bowl and then add the chopped red onion, grated Protein Cheese, chopped spinach, paprika and season with salt and pepper.


    With your hands mix the mixture together well and shape into four burger patties.


    Pop the burgers onto a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20 – 30 mins to cook through.


    Serve up with salad, or in a bun and enjoy!
