Lo-Dough Brownie Mix is like no other. Considerably lower in both calories and carbs than anything else on the market, you won't believe the level of indulgence you can experience!

And that's not all, the mix is gluten-free, high-protein and each piece contains over 7 grams of gut-friendly fibre. All this makes Lo-Dough Brownies more of a superfood than a guilty pleasure!

Coupled up with Eatlean spreadable Protein Cheese, a healthier alternative to cream cheese and the perfect way to protein power your brownies, whilst keeping the fat content super low!

    • x1 Lo Dough Brownie Mix
    • 150g Eatlean Spreadable Protein Cheese
    • 10ml Skimmed Milk
    • 1 Tbsp Sweetener



    Pre-heat your oven to 200 degrees


    Take your LoDough Brownie Mix and add to a bowl along with 250ml of water.


    Mix with an electric whisk for around 30 seconds, or by hand until the batter is very well mixed.


    Add the mixture to a lined brownie tray and level out.


    In a bowl combine the Eatlean Spreadable with 10ml of Skimmed milk and 1tbsp of sweetener. Mix well until the lumps have gone and it forms a lovely cream texture.


    Spoon the spreadable mixture on top of the brownie mixture, and taking a knife, swirl the mixture together to form a marbled pattern.


    Pop into the oven and bake for 25 minutes until cooked through, then allow to cool before eating (easier said than done!)
