So what have we switched up?

In this pack we've compiled our favourite low fat, low cal, low carb and high protein ingredients to keep pizza on the menu. LoDough bases and our Eatlean Protein Cheese are the real maco winning elements here, creating a pizza for just 130 calories (before you add our extra toppings!)

    Ingredients

    • X1 Eatlean Pizza Kit (From this: x1 Lo Dough, 45g Eatlean Protein Cheese, 2tbsp Passata, 1x tsp Herbs)
    • x2 Chicken Italia Heck Sausages
    • x2 Low Fat Bacon Medallions
    • 4x Chestnut Mushrooms
    • 80g Cherry Tomatoes
    • 1x Egg

    Method

    Take your LoDough base and spread evenly with passata

    Top with Grated Protein Cheese and then crack an egg into the middle of the pizza

    Add the chopped tomatoes, sliced sausage and bacon bits, and finish with a sprinkle of herbs.

    Pop into the oven for 10-15 minutes until the pizza is golden and the egg has cooked through
