Pancake day is here....but that doesn't need to mean that your macro goals have to take a hit. We've created this recipe for an entire stack of pancakes (and whilst we have said this feeds two..we totally understand if you aren't up for sharing!)
Half a stack of these low fat chocolate pancakes contain just 157 calories, 6g of fat, 11g protein and 16g carbs.

So what have we switched up...

Bananas - Not the first thing that you might think to use for your pancake batter, but mashed bananas create such a lovely, sweet, slow release carb pancake that is far lighter than the American pancake style alternatives.

Low Fat Chocolate Spread - For this recipe we used the Sweet Freedom Chocolate Spread, with half the calories and 75% less fat than the leading chocolate spread this is a great alternative, and it tastes incredible!

Eatlean Spreadable Protein Cheese - So versatile that we use this within both our savoury and sweet recipes, our Spreadable Protein Cheese not only gives these pancakes their deliciously indulgent creamy taste, but adds an extra protein hit, whilst keeping things low fat and low calorie.
