    • x1 LoDough
    • x50g Spinach
    • x1 Chicken Breast
    • 100g Spreadable
    • Yolk of 1 egg



    Part cook one diced chicken breast


    In a bowl mix together the chicken, spinach and Spreadable Protein Cheese


    Pop your LoDough base onto a board and spoon the cheesy chicken onto one side of the base, spreading out evenly but leaving a gap along the edge


    Run a little egg yolk around the edge with a pastry brush and fold the base over to a half moon shape


    Gently press all around the edges, first with your fingers and then with a fork to clamp the two edges together and seal the pasty


    Finally wash with egg yolk and pop into the oven on a baking tray at 180 for 20 minutes until browned
