LOW FAT CHEESY CHICKEN & SPINACH PASTY

It's National Pasty Week and we couldn't have you missing out! If the craving hits this week, why not try creating our low fat, low carb alternative?
One pasty contains just 280 calories, 5g of fat, 49g of protein and 6g of carbs.

So what have we switched up...

Eatlean Spreadable - A great alternative to a high fat cheese sauce middle, our Spreadable cheese is possibly the quickest cheese sauce you'll ever make (simply heat!) with far less calories, fats and more protein than the other cheese spreads or sauces on the market.

LoDough - with just 39 calories per piece, the LoDough bases are really versatile to use in any number of dishes. Here we switched up pastry for LoDough for a massive change in calories, fats and carbs.
