LOW CALORIE RASPBERRY CHEESECAKES
Who wouldn't want to receive a tray of hand baked low calorie raspberry cheesecake blondies today on Mothers Day...or any day! If you are looking for a sweet treat recipe to bake for someone special (or yourself!) then why not try this twist on the classic brownie, and try our cheesecake blondies.
We aren't advocating you tuck into these every day, but for a treat these are less than 250 calories, 15g of fat, 8g of protein and 20g of carbs.
So what have we switched up?
Eatlean Spreadable - Rather than to create a sugary cheesecake mixture to swirl through this mix, we kept the calories down by simply using our Eatlean Spreadable. It works great in both savoury and sweet recipes - and with 40% fewer calories and 65% less fat than standard spreadable cheese, this couldn't be a better option!

- 175g Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Pop into the oven at 180 and bake for 25 minutes until the brownies are still a little gooey in the middle, but cooked on top
