LOW FAT BAKED MUSHROOM OMELETTE

This entire baked omelette has fewer than 200 calories, just 3g of fat, 33g of protein and only 7g of carbs.

So what have we switched up?

Two Chicks Egg Whites - These egg whites offer up 70% fewer calories than whole eggs with just 23 calories per serving! We've used this as the base of our omelette to create an even lighter dish, with all the flavour and even more convenience!

Spreadable Protein Cheese - Add cheesy indulgence without the guilt, our spreadable contains 40% fewer calories and 65% less fat than a standard spreadable cheese. In this dish the spreadable cheese melts deliciously to create a creamy flavour with an extra protein hit to power your breakfast plate.

    Ingredients

    • 100g Chestnut Mushrooms
    • 200ml Two Chicks Egg Whites
    • 50g Spreadable Protein Cheese
    • Thyme

    Method

    In a bowl add the Two Chicks egg whites and the Eatlean Spreadable and whisk together well until combined. Don’t worry about any lumps!

    Add the chopped mushrooms, and a sprinkling of thyme

    Pop into the oven and bake at 180 degrees until the eggs have set

    Enjoy on it’s own for breakfast or alongside a salad for lunch
