UNDER 200 CALORIE NACHO BOWL

Our 'Under 200 Calorie Nacho Bowl' is a great recipe to whip up when those cravings hit, or for a weekend treat when it's far too tempting to order a takeaway.

So what have we switched up...

    Ingredients

    • 1X LoDough Wrap
    • 10g Shaker Protein Cheese
    • Frylight
    • 80g Cherry Tomatoes
    • Tabasco
    • 1TBSP Creme Fraiche
    • 40g Avocado (half an avocado)

    Method

    Take your LoDough wrap and spray with frylight, then sprinkle with our Shaker Protein Cheese, then pop into the microwave for 1-2 minutes until crisp.

    Cut the LoDough into wedges and arrange in a bowl

    Add a little spice to your tomatoes with tabasco – as much as you can handle! Then add to the nacho bowl

    Add a good dollup of Creme Fraiche and finally the smashed avocado and then season everything well
