    • 1x Red Onion
    • 1tsp Chilli Flakes
    • 1 Garlic Clove
    • 2x Tinned Tomatoes
    • 4x Eggs
    • 100g Protein Cheese

    Chop a red onion and fry off lightly until cooked through


    Add garlic, chilli flakes, and two tins of chopped tomatoes, and cook through for 5 minutes


    Crack in four eggs, and then top with Grated Protein Cheese


    Pop into the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 15-20 mins, or until the eggs are set
