    Ingredients

    • 70g Eatlean Porridge Oats
    • 100ml Coconut Milk
    • 10g Chia Seeds
    • 10g Maple Syrup
    • 50g Strawberries
    • 15g Yoghurt
    • 10g Seeds
    • 10g Peanut Butter

    Method

    In a bowl add the porridge oats, the milk, the chia seeds, the maple syrup and the yoghurt

    Add the mixture to a glass jar, seal and then pop in the fridge overnight

    In the morning, top with peanut butter, mixed seeds, strawberries and a little extra syrup!
