If you take everyone's favourite Starbucks Frappuccino, with Mocha syrup, it will add 370 calories and 15g of fat to your macro count, that's a lot for a drink right?! Don't worry...we've come up with a solution, which comes in at just 87 calories and 2.6g of fat per serving, and still tastes amazing!

    • 150ml Skimmed Milk
    • 1/2 Mug Ice
    • 10g Eatlean Chocolate Syrup
    • 12.5g Light Whipped Cream



    To your blender add the coffee, milk, ice and chocolate syrup


    Blitz up until the ice is completely crushed


    Pour into a tall glass (extra ice optional)


    Top with whipped cream and extra chocolate syrup
