    • 50g Eatlean Red
    • 2x Slices of low carb bread
    • 1 Tbsp Mango Chutney
    • 1 Cup of Spinach
    • 1 tsp Low fat margarine



    Take the bread and spread the sides with low fat margarine


    To one slice of the bread add the mango chutney, Eatlean Red & wilted spinach


    Pop the other slice of bread on, butter side up, and then pop into the toastie maker until browned and melted
