Louise, tell us a little more about your focus and dedication to weight watchers. How it helps your maintain a healthy lifestyle and how you stay motivated?

I’m currently maintaining my 2 stone weight loss. I love to cook healthy delicious food and with Weight Watchers nothing is off limits! Seeing my children eat the same nutritious meals motivates me even more to continue being healthy.

So how did you discover #ProteinCheese?!

I first discovered Eatlean cheese through Instagram. Lots of people were saying how good it was. So I went straight to the supermarket to check it out!

Emily, tell us a little more about your foodie focus, especially in relation to the most important meal of the day, breakfast! How you stay so creative with your meals and so motivated?

I’m a complete foodie and am always thinking about my next meal! I love getting creative in the kitchen and have a particular passion for making nutritious and tasty breakfasts to fuel my day ahead. It’s really important that my breakfast keeps me full until lunch so that I’m not tempted by the unhealthy snacks that are passed around the office, which is why they revolve around protein, carbs and healthy fats.

So how did you discover #ProteinCheese?!

I discovered Eatlean when scouring the supermarket for some healthier cheese. It’s the perfect guilt-free addition to my breakfasts as it’s high in protein and lower in fat, and totally indulges my cheese cravings!

Grainne, tell us a little more about your fitness/wellbeing focus. How you got started, and how you stay motivated?

My main focus in terms of my fitness goals and wellbeing, is to be strong, happy and healthy. Since I began weight training and eating a mainly clean diet, my overall health has improved, my energy levels increased, and I am happier in my own skin. My motivation is how it makes me feel. Kate Moss once said “Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels” well I say she got that wrong “Nothing tastes as good as healthy feels”.

So how did you discover #ProteinCheese?!

I first discovered Eatlean protein cheese on Instagram. A girl I follow had bought it and was showing it off, that then sent me immediately to their Instagram page to check them out. Initially I though it must be too good to be true, I missed cheese a lot when I was eating a restricted calorie diet, and to have it back on the menu is amazing. It’s now a regular feature in my weekly meals. I pretty much grate it on everything, and it really helps get the protein content of a meal up. Sometimes I even just cut of a chunk off with a knife and eat it.

I am truly so excited to be one of Eatlean’s ambassadors, representing a product I really enjoy and believe is a fantastic addition to a healthy balanced lifestyle. I love connecting with other like-minded fitness loving women, learning from them and inspiring each other.

Sian Williams – Flexible Dieting Fitness Foodie!

Sian, tell us a little more about your health/fitness focus. How you got started, and how you stay motivated?

My reason for getting into fitness was to benefit my health and wellbeing and also because I love to exercise and always have done since being a very sporty child. I follow a flexible dieting approach as I found ‘clean eating’ diets too difficult to sustain and ended up bingeing on so called ‘bad foods’ that I wasn’t allowed on the diet. I have a demanding job (chartered accountant) and often work long hours. I find that my workout time is my time to let off steam and get on my feet as my job is very sedentary. I am motivated because I enjoy working out and I enjoy the activities that being fit allow me to take part in.

So how did you discover #ProteinCheese?!

I was lucky enough to be contacted on Instagram and sent a sample to try and I haven’t looked back since! I swap all of my cheese on top of omelettes, homemade pizzas and pasta dishes etc for Eatlean cheese to save on fats and calories and increase my protein intake. I have recently started taking medication which I will take for 6 months that causes a temporary rise in my cholesterol and therefore I have to maintain a lower fat diet so Eatlean has allowed me to continue to enjoy cheese despite this.

It was a huge honour to be asked to be an ambassador alongside the other incredibly inspirational ladies. I am excited to represent a great brand that I use regularly and have great admiration for. I am very proud to represent Eatlean within the community of inspiring women and this is a community that I am excited to be a part of and love to interact with all the ladies who have similar views and goals to myself.
