Emily, tell us a little more about your foodie focus, especially in relation to the most important meal of the day, breakfast! How you stay so creative with your meals and so motivated?
I’m a complete foodie and am always thinking about my next meal! I love getting creative in the kitchen and have a particular passion for making nutritious and tasty breakfasts to fuel my day ahead. It’s really important that my breakfast keeps me full until lunch so that I’m not tempted by the unhealthy snacks that are passed around the office, which is why they revolve around protein, carbs and healthy fats.
So how did you discover #ProteinCheese?!
I discovered Eatlean when scouring the supermarket for some healthier cheese. It’s the perfect guilt-free addition to my breakfasts as it’s high in protein and lower in fat, and totally indulges my cheese cravings!

It’s an honour to be an Eatlean ambassador and to represent such a fantastic product, which I enjoy regularly. I’m delighted to be part of such an inspirational community of women who have a passion for health and fitness and I hope that I can help others in their journey to a healthy, balanced and enjoyable lifestyle.

My favourite recipe is of course: healthy pizza soldiers and dippy eggs! It’s packed full of protein and is perfect for a post-workout brunch.
